Workers at the Irish Glass Bottle factory will vote today on Labour Court redundancy proposals.
Management warned that the pay deal, drawn up at the Labour Court last week, is final and will be withdrawn if not accepted.
The deal offers a maximum of €42,500 per worker or the equivalent of 15 month's pay and is seen as benefiting younger workers.
