Graham Geraghty is now available for selection for Sunday's second International Rules test against Australia after being exonerated from the citing charges brought against him by the visiting side.
The Meath man was cited for an alleged "kneeing in the head" of Australia's Lindsay Gilbee towards the end of Saturday's first Test in Galway. Geraghty was later yellow carded for the incident.
He could have received a one-match suspension had the tribunal deemed him guilty of the offence.
Geraghty made a personal hearing at the tribunal and was accompanied by Kerry chairman Sean Walsh, who is the senior county official involved with the Series.
The tribunal consisted of two representatives of the GAA; Pauric Duffy, former GAC chairman and Garrett O'Reilly, former member of the DRA and David Galbally from the Australian Football League.
