Gardai treat overnight death in Dublin as suspicious

Gardaí are describing the death of a man in Dublin overnight as suspicious.

The man in his 40s was discovered with head injuries on Frederick Street in the north inner city.

He was taken to the Mater Hospital where he died some hours later.
