Three men were arrested while robbing a computer-manufacturer in Dundalk last night.

Three men were arrested while robbing a computer-manufacturer in Dundalk last night.

Two security guards were overpowered and tied up at around midnight at the Quantum Computer plant in Coes Road by at least four masked men who loaded components on to a truck.

Gardai and emergency response units arrived during the raid and after a struggle three men were detained. At least one man escaped.

The arrested men, two from Dublin and one from Dundalk, are being held under section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act.
