A suspended garda appeared at Cork District Court yesterday on charges of criminal damage to the home of a woman.
Garda James P O'Sullivan, 2 Kingsford Park, in the Grange area of Douglas, appeared before Judge Uinsin Mac Gruairc and was remanded on bail to appear at the same court on November 28th next. He was charged with maliciously damaging a door, padlock and a carpet, which were valued at £500, belonging to Ms Ursula O'Sullivan, 18 Robinscourt, Togher, Cork.
