London - Five people were charged with conspiracy to defraud yesterday over an alleged attempt to dope race horses. Police said the men would be released on police bail to appear at Bow Street Magistrates Court later this month.
The men are charged with conspiring to defraud bookmakers and gamblers in 1997.
