ALMOST 40 new jobs are to be created in the fish processing industry in Galway city over the coming year. Red Sail Frozen Foods Limited is to take on an extra 39 people near the city's docks as part of a £1.35 million expansion programme announced by the Minister for the Marine, Mr Barrett.
