Paul Farrell has resigned as commercial director of The Irish Times Ltd.
He has been appointed managing director of media-buying agency Initiative Media.
"I would like to wish Paul every success in his new role and thank him for his very significant contribution to The Irish Times since he joined us in 2007," said Liam Kavanagh, managing director of The Irish Times Ltd.
