The family and colleagues of Mr Paul McQuaid - missing since last Friday - have launched an appeal for information to help find him.

Mr McQuaid (25), was last seen at 12.30 a.m. on Saturday May 12th in Judge Roy Beans pub on Nassau Street, Dublin. His family are looking for help in establishing his movements on Friday night and Saturday morning.

He is described as being six feet tall, of slim build with a fair complexion, with short black hair and blue eyes.

When last seen he was wearing a dark navy blue bomber jacket, a green jumper and dark navy jeans.

Mr McQuaid, who lives in Fairview, Dublin 3, had been out with friends on Friday but decided to go home after midnight as he had to be at ESB head office the following morning. Mr McQuaid been working in the ESB IT department for three years.

He had planned to travel to his family home in Fermanaghon Sunday for a GAA match.
