Addis Ababa - Ethiopia is seeking the dispatch of medical teams and urgent donations of food, tents and blankets for 143,000 people displaced by its border war with Eritrea, relief sources said yesterday.
They said the Disaster Prevention and Preparedness Commission was asking international aid organisations to send in teams of surgeons equipped with operating material and medicines.
