London - British tourists to Spain have been warned to be on their guard against terrorist attacks following the planting of two car-bombs at beach resorts, the Foreign Office said yesterday. The Basque separatist group ETA has told travellers to stay away from Spain to avoid "undesirable consequences".

On March 17th a car-bomb exploded in the coastal town of Rosas, in the Catalonia region, killing a police officer.
