TEACHERS - could you do with a weekend away from it all? Time to relax and unwind with colleagues who may also like some time out from the demands of the school year?
The Dublin Rape Crisis Centre is inviting teachers to join them for a weekend of relaxation, visualisation, yoga, meditation and dance. The DRCC promises to provide an opportunity to experience these activities with the added benefit of learning new skills. The course begins on Friday evening, November 15th, and continues through Saturday and Sunday. The cost is £75 and places are limited to 20 so early booking is advised.
