A conference on The Legal Framework of Education: Rights, Responsibilities and Citizenship is to be held in St Patrick's College, Drumcondra, Dublin, on December 1st and 2nd. Hosted by the Educational Studies Association of Ireland (ESAI), its keynote speaker, Dr Gerard Quinn, of the faculty of law in NUIGalway, promises to open out the debate about education and disability in Ireland.
