"JUNIOR Certificate poetry - the pitfalls and the possibilities" is the title of the first lecture of the 1996/97 season, organised by the Association of Teachers of English.

The speaker is Niall Mac Monagle, who has edited the poetry anthologies Life Lines and Real Cool.

The lecture takes place in the Teachers' Centre in St Patrick's College, Drumcondra, Dublin at 2.30 p.m. on October 12th.
