A legal row between Dunnes Stores and developer Harry Crosbie over a €46 million agreement related to the Point Village development in Dublin has been resolved, the Commercial Court was told yesterday.

The settlement was announced yesterday morning by Brian O’Moore SC, for Dunnes, to Mr Justice Frank Clarke. Counsel said the proceedings had been resolved on the basis of “a comprehensive arrangement” being put in place. No details were disclosed.

The judge welcomed the settlement and agreed to adjourn the matter to July 29th when he was told it was expected all the elements of the settlement would have been put in place.
