Two brothers accused of threatening to kill a woman, her son and daughter appeared in court yesterday.

Wayne Dundon (33), Lenihan Avenue, Limerick, is charged with threatening to kill a man on Hyde Road, Limerick, on September 30th, 2010. John Dundon (29), Hyde Road, is accused of threatening to kill two women at Hyde Road between April 3rd and 4th, 2011. They were remanded in custody for two weeks for service of documents by the DPP. The court heard they had been in custody for 43 days. An application by their solicitor that the court make the case “pre-emptory against the State” if DPP’s directions are not ready on June 9th was refused.
