NEW YORK - The Duchess of York signed a substantial, deal yesterday with a New York publisher to write her autobiography based on "therapeutic" notes she made to herself during her failed, stormy marriage to Prince Andrew. Publishing sources told Reuters the deal was for just over $1.3 million.
Ms Carolyn Reidy, president, of Simon & Schuster Trade Division, said she expected the book to be a best seller when it comes out in November. The duchess's divorce from Prince Andrew became final last week.
