A number of streets in Dublin's north city centre have been closed as engineers examine a building believed to be on the verge of collapsing.

The North Circular Road between Charles Street and Belvedere Place, Russell Street and Fitzgibbon Street are closed.

Structural engineers are examining the building, and traffic diversions are in place.
