A man was charged at the Dublin District Court with possession of a homemade explosive device at his home at Primrose Grove Darndale, Dublin, on June 13th, 1995. Mr Thanh Hung Truong (47) was also charged with having special paper used to make bank notes, also at his home, on May 5th, 1995. He was remanded on continuing bail to October 24th.
