Speakers from three countries which are candidates for EU membership are to address this morning's session of the Forum on Europe in Dublin Castle. A pro-EU perspective will be given by the chairman of the Committee for European Integration in the Czech Parliament, Mr Vladimir Skalicky, and the Ambassador of Slovenia, Mr Marjan Setinc, while a Euro-sceptic position will be put forward by the former Prime Minister of Malta, Mr Karmenu Bonnici. The session, which is open to the public, starts at 11 a.m.
