Gardaí seized cocaine, cash and firearms in a series of searches in Limerick last night.

The cocaine - estimated to be worth up to €600,000 - was discovered in the village of Drombana, while follow-up searches in Limerick city yielded €40,000 in cash and three firearms.

Three men and a woman were arrested and are being questioned under the Drug Trafficking Act. They can be held for seven days.
