Bucharest - Hundreds of Hallowe'en revellers, including Irish, British and US residents in Romania dressed as ghosts, vampires and political leaders, celebrated the 100th anniversary of Bram Stoker's novel, Dracula, with plum brandy and garlic at Bran castle in Transylvania at the weekend.
