A Limerick radio station's High Court challenge to the Independent Radio and Television Commission's decision to terminate its licence will be heard on April 24th next. In the High Court yesterday, Mr Gerard Hogan, for Radio Limerick One, said this was a matter of some urgency as the station's contract is due to expire next October.
