Dancer's will

New York, Friday.

New York, Friday.

In a will written in pencil on a piece of cheap notepaper as she was about to take off on an aeroplane for her honeymoon, Isadora Duncan leaves all her property to her brother, Augustin Duncan.

The will was filed to-day by her adopted daughter, Irma Duncan. Just before the start of the air trip with her Russian poet husband, Serge Yessenin, from Moscow to Germany in March, 1922, the famous dancer wrote "This is my last will and testament. In case of my death, I leave my entire property and effects to my husband. In case of our simultaneous deaths, then such property is to go to my brother. Written in clear conscience. - (signed) ISADORA DUNCAN. "

The dancer herself was killed in a motor car accident at Nice in September, 1927, nearly two years after her husband committed suicide at Moscow. Her brother, who is nearly blind, is at present living at Stuttgart.
