Cruise O'Brien returns to forum

UK Unionist delegate Dr Conor Cruise O'Brien returned to the Northern Ireland Forum yesterday. Dr O'Brien, who recently suffered a stroke, was part of a delegation which met the British prime minister on Thursday. His party had told Mr Major it would withdraw from multi-party talks if Sinn Fein was allowed in without prior IRA decommissioning, he said.
