Print and packaging company Clondalkin Group has agreed to sell certain lands that are surplus to requirements to property company Dunloe House for £3.5 million in cash. This will be used to increase Clondalkin's available cash balances, a company statement said.

The lands being sold comprise around 18 acres situated close to Clondalkin village, less than 10 miles from Dublin city centre.
