Man in his forties shot in south Dublin pub

A man in his 40s has been shot in a pub in south Dublin this morning.

The victim (45) was shot in the Sallynoggin Inn at about 1am and was taken to St Vincent’s University Hospital where his injuries are described as not life-threatening.

No one has been arrested in connection with the incident. The scene of the shooting was examined by Garda technical experts today.
