A missing woman and her three children are believed to be in Ireland, the PSNI has said.

Police in Northern Ireland have appealed for help in locating Welsh woman Kelly Lloyd (35) and her children, who they described as high-risk missing persons.

The four recently travelled by boat to Belfast but could now be anywhere in Ireland, the PSNI said.

They may be accompanied by a man named Stuart Handley.

Anyone with information on the family’s location is asked to contact the PSNI.
