Meath County Council has warned a member of its technical staff following an investigation of officers engaging in private practice.
The council has completed its report for the Department of the Environment and Local government on compliance with the Local government (Officers) regulations.
The technician who received the official warning had been providing drawings for building projects and submitting planning applications on behalf of individuals.
