Correction

The report yesterday of Wednesday's court proceedings of the trial of Mrs Nevin contained a serious inaccuracy when it stated wrongly that "the jury has been told that fingerprints of one of the men were found at the scene of the crime". What the jury was told was that the fingerprints of none of the three men who are to be called as witnesses for the prosecution had been found at the scene. The error occurred during the editing process and is much regretted.
