Mosco - The head of Russia's Orthodox Church yesterday steered a wary course through the controversial issue of whether remains due for a royal burial in July actually belonged to the last Tsar and his family. In a rare public statement on the remains, Patriarch Alexiy said it differed with the government, which has declared the remains genuine, but did not insist they were the wrong ones.
