Bullying was a key issue at children's rights press conference hosted yesterday by the ISPCC. It was given by children and by three Scandinavian officials working in children rights. It was part of a one-day event in Dublin.
The Minister of State for Health, Education and Justice Mr Austin Currie, said he was establishing a working group to look at what was involved in establishing an office of Ombudsman for children.
