Johannesburg - A senior Inkatha Freedom Party member has been arrested after a cache of arms was uncovered last week in South Africa's politically volatile KwaZulu-Natal province, reports said yesterday. Mr Calalakubo Khawula, a traditional chief in the provincial parliament, was arrested after last Friday's find - the second in a week - near the coastal town of Hibberdene in southern KwaZulu-Natal, the Sunday World newspaper reported.
