Chelsea have joined forces with Auckland club Football Kingz.
The deal will allow the Premiership side direct access to some of the rising talent in Oceania.
The Kingz, who play in Australia's National Soccer League, will in turn be used as a breeding ground for some of Chelsea's youth players.
Wolves have ended their interest in Cameroon goalkeeper Carlos Kameni after expressing doubts over the player's commitment.
Kameni was expected to sign a one-year loan deal, but his medical, scheduled for last night, was cancelled.
