A company which plans to transmit cable television to areas of Donegal and Sligo was granted an order in the High Court in Dublin yesterday restraining people from prevent access to a site where equipment is being erected.

The order was made following an undertaking given by the defendants that they would not obstruct the company, Cable Management (Ireland) Ltd, Capel Street, Dublin, from gaining access to a site at Mulmosog, Ardara, Co Donegal.
