Banja Luka - The Dayton peace process, which ended the Bosnian war in 1995, will be put to a severe test this weekend when Serbs, Muslims and Croats vote to elect new local governments.

The municipal elections, designed to reverse the results of vicious campaigns which drove hundreds of thousands of people from their homes to create ethnically pure territories, have already been postponed twice due to Serb manipulation of voting lists. - (Reuter)
