A first in depth book on UN missions in the former Yugoslavia will be launched in Dublin this evening by the former Progressive Democrat leader, Mr Des O'Malley. With no Peace to Keep... has 23 chapters by journalists, policy makers and historians on what went wrong with the UN operation. The launch takes place in Books Upstairs, College Green.
