Arusha - A former Rwandan Anglican bishop arrested in Kenya last week pleaded not guilty before a United Nations court in Tanzania yesterday to four charges of involvement in Rwanda's 1994 genocide.

The Rev Samuel Musabyimana (47) denied charges of genocide, conspiracy to commit genocide, extermination and complicity in genocide before the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda based in the Tanzanian town of Arusha.
