Bail granted to murder accused

A man charged with the murder of a man in Co Leitrim was granted bail at the High Court yesterday. Gardai had opposed bail.

A man charged with the murder of a man in Co Leitrim was granted bail at the High Court yesterday. Gardai had opposed bail.

Mr Gordon Andrew Roche (32), Drumlease, Dromahair, Co Leitrim, is charged with the murder of Mr Robert Elliot Robertson, at Boiby, Dromahair, on October 6th last.

Mr Justice Barr allowed bail to Mr Roche on his own bond of £10,000 cash, subject to conditions.
