A man charged with the murder of an 18-month-old boy in Tallaght was granted bail in the High Court yesterday.
Mr John Reilly (30), of Crooksling, Brittas, Co Dublin, was charged earlier this week with murdering Oisin Reilly Murphy last weekend.
In court yesterday Mr Michael Staines, his solicitor, told Mr Justice Murphy that the DPP had agreed to bail on a cash lodgement of £10,000 and a bail bond of £300.
