London - Paramedics called to treat a baby dumped in an industrial skip yesterday said the child was just minutes from death when found.
The boy, thought to be less than 48 hours old, was heard crying by a couple passing by shortly on Tuesday night in Leicester. The baby was said to be making good progress yesterday.
