ROME - An Italian man told police that he had set a priest ablaze with petrol because he blamed him for his failed marriage, according to media reports. Pierfrancesco Caratelli (28) was arrested and charged with attempted murder for the attack on Father Mario Torregrossa, who is in a serious condition.
