A double-decker bus that plunged off an expressway bridge in Hong Kong this morning killed at least 21 and injured more than 20.
"We're still counting the dead and injured. The rescue is going on," a government spokeswoman said.
The bus was carrying schoolchildren and commuters, and some of the injured children were as young as ten.
