Bermuda-based investment company Acquisitor Holdings has acquired a further 70,000 shares in Baltimore Technologies to bring its shareholding to 16.2 per cent of the issued share capital.
Together with other parties eager to remove Baltimore's board, the group now controls a bloc of shares equal to 16.4 per cent of Baltimore's share capital.
