Roman Abramovich has increased his shareholding in Chelsea Village plc to 95.22 per cent.
The Russian billionaire's company Chelsea Limited can now exercise its right under the Companies Act to make a compulsory purchase of the remaining shares before removing Chelsea Village from the Alternative Investment Market.
