A 65-year-old man appeared in Dublin District Court yesterday charged with 94 counts of indecent assault. The offences are alleged to have occurred in the north Dublin area between 1975 and 1983 and to have involved three boys. Garda David Levins, Finglas, said he arrested the accused man yesterday morning.
Judge Miriam Malone remanded the man in custody for a week with consent to independent bail of £3,000.
