Figures issued by the RUC yesterday show there have been 86 so-called punishment at tacks since the Belfast Agreement on April 10th.
Twenty-nine have been shooting incidents, and fifteen have been attributed to loyalist paramilitaries, with 14 blamed on republicans. There have been 57 beatings, 33 of which were carried out by loyalists, 24 by republicans.
