London - Four businessmen based in London are feared dead after their aircraft disappeared near Cuba more than a month ago, the British Foreign Office said yesterday. The four - two Britons, a South African and an Australian - went missing on August 18th as they flew a four-seat Piper Archer in the region of Jamaica, Haiti and Cuba.

Paul Baxter (26) and Conrad Dobinson (27), both British, were on board the aircraft with Australian Paul Hooper (29) and South African Cliff Rotze (28).
