BOGOTA - At least 25 inmates escaped yesterday from the Bogota prison from which the Cali cartel drug baron Jose Santacruz Loadono escaped last week, according to reports.
Santacruz's escape has been blamed on rampant corruption in the prison system. At least seven guards have been arrested.
