The 19th annual O'Carolan Harp and traditional music festival takes place in Keadue, Co Roscommon, from August 2nd to August 11th.
This year's festival will include Harp recitals, open air music sessions, and a set dancing workshop. Prizes of £2,000 will be awarded in the Harp competition on August 5th.
On Friday night, the local drama group will present The Black Stranger, a play about the Famine.
